The sofa comes delivered in two boxes. One containing the main portion of the sofa, and the other containing the arms. The instructions say that the bolts on the arms line up with the pre-drilled holes on the sofa. Somebody should have told the guy who drilled the holes! Two of the three holes on each arm was at least 1/2 inch off requiring drilling, filing, and swearing. After three hours, we were finally able to assemble the couch. Now that it's assembled, we hope the arms will stay attached especially considering the pressure required to turn it in to a bed.
